It doubles, freezes, and just about everything else amazingly well, so if you like it you can save all kinds of prep time by making bigger batches next time.<br /><br />The wok thing is really the result of living with boys. And (computer) gamer boys, at that. It happens.<br /><br />Oh, and on meat- If you like chicken, legs and thighs, in big frozen (sometimes fresh) bags will usually be super cheap per pound, and have the skin and bones left for making stock or gravy with. And you might want to check around, if you live in an area with lots of hunting. One of my previous roommates was *given* half an elk once, because the neighbors had killed more than they could store.
