The 365 Dollar Year Cookbook is a collection of about 60 recipes from my crazy year of attempted super budget eating for just $2.99. Almost totally vegan, with a few dairy ingredients, this book also offers options for meat-loving-types. Other than the oatmeal (which ended up tasting pretty good, actually) the recipes in here are designed for tastiness, affordability, and (particularly the Snax section) speed.
