Otherwise, I have been eating oatmeal. It's fast to eat, easy to make, and full of whatever I want to put in it. yum. If only it had better texture. And more calories.
Did I mention I have an avocado and a tomato? Just waiting until the avo's totally ripe. If they were any good unripe, I'd have eaten it already. Yep yep.
I'm thinking black beans over polenta with avocado and tomato. And of course, the pizza I want. Now let's see if I actually make them.
Maybe you could use the oatmeal to make granola for a change of pace?
